Self Check-in Guide

Everything you need to know for a smooth and hassle-free self check-in experience.

1.Before you arrive

After booking, the hotel sends you an *email (usually within 24 hours before arrival)

This email includes:

Check-in instructions
A door access code

2.When you arrive

You go directly to the hotel (no front desk).
Use the access code to enter through a private entrance.

3.Getting into your room

Either the same code or another instruction lets you access your room (depending on setup).

4.If you need help

They provide a virtual front desk (remote support via phone/email)

Key things to remember

Check-in usually starts around 2:00 PM and can be done anytime after.

Make sure you check your email before arrival(including spam folder).

You don’t need to meet staff unless there’s an issue.
