These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings and stays at The Miles Arms Hotel (“we”, “our”, “us”). By making a reservation or staying at our property, you agree to comply with these Terms.
Booking & Payment
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation
- Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking
- We reserve the right to cancel any booking if payment is not received or is declined
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice
Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in
- Check-in is conducted via a self check-in system only
- Guests will receive access instructions and entry codes via email or message prior to arrival
- It is the guest’s responsibility to ensure correct contact details are provided
- Check-out
- Check-out must be completed by the specified time communicated during booking
- Late check-out may incur additional charges
Self Check-in Responsibility
- The property operates without a physical front desk
- Guests are solely responsible for:
- Checking their email/messages for access instructions
- Arriving with the correct access details
- Using the provided codes correctly
We are not liable for:
- Failure to access the property due to incorrect contact details
- Missed communications
- Guest failure to follow instructions
Identification & Verification
- Guests may be required to provide valid government-issued identification before or during their stay
- We reserve the right to refuse entry if identification requirements are not met
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellation policies depend on the rate selected at booking
- Non-refundable bookings will not be eligible for refunds
- Refunds, where applicable, will be processed according to the booking platform or payment provider policies
Guest Conduct
- Guests agree to:
- Respect the property and other guests
- Not engage in illegal, disruptive, or unsafe behaviour
- Comply with all local laws and regulations
We reserve the right to terminate a stay without refund in cases of misconduct
Damage, Loss & Cleaning
- Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay
- Charges may apply for:
- Property damage
- Missing items
- Excessive cleaning requirements
Liability Limitation
- We are not responsible for:
- Loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings
- Injuries or accidents occurring on the property, except where required by law
Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the booking, to the extent permitted by law
Access & Security
- Access codes are confidential and must not be shared
- We reserve the right to change access codes at any time for security reasons
- Unauthorized access or misuse may result in termination of stay
Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Power outages
- Government restrictions
- Internet or system failures
Third-Party Bookings
- Bookings made through third-party platforms (e.g., Booking.com, Expedia) are also subject to their respective terms and conditions
- In case of conflict, platform terms may apply
Privacy
Use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy
